ArchitectureEL, Inc. Announces a Ten Year Anniversary

East Longmeadow, MA ArchitectureEL, Inc. (AEL) announces team member, Brendan Stratton’s, ten year anniversary with the firm.

ArchitectureEL, Inc. provides professional design services on a wide range of projects, from renovating existing buildings to designing new. AEL has significant experience in accessibility, historic preservation, educational and commercial design as well as extensive experience in both private and multifamily residential development. According to the owner and principal architect, Kevin Rothschild-Shea, “AEL is made up of a staff of committed, hard-working professionals who focus their attention on the critical details of every design/build to meet the functional needs of their clients as well as aesthetics of the project environment. Team member, Brendan Stratton, Registered Architect (CT) and Project Manager, is celebrating his ten year anniversary with the firm this year.”

As Brendan’s work with ArchitectureEL, Inc. commenced, he was immediately assigned the most complex of projects as the volatility of the industry at the time was rapidly changing. He began work on factory renovations in South Windsor for Specialized Technology Resources (STR Solar), a worldwide leader in solar panel encapsulation. Since then Brendan has supported ArchitectureEL, Inc. on a variety of commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential projects in the Central Connecticut and greater Western and Central Massachusetts areas.

“I’ve enjoyed working for Kevin throughout the years, in a small business atmosphere. As a business owner, Kevin is very altruistic, putting the well-being, progress, and success of his employees first,” said Brendan Stratton, Registered Architect (CT) and Project Manager of ArchitectureEL, Inc. “As architects, we prioritize the quality of work we provide clients above all else. Kevin’s sense and sensibilities has built a confidence in our repeat clients, consultants, and team members to maintain strong professional relationships.”

Brendan is a seasoned professional and has taken the lead in a variety of projects to-date. He is currently managing the Lyman Terrace Project (Phase II) in Holyoke, MA. This project encompasses a 76-unit, affordable housing renovation for The Community Builders.  The renovation to the seven buildings that were originally built in the 1930s will consist of new, modular additions and a new Community Center Building. AEL’s involvement in design and development of this project began back in 2018, with construction completion scheduled for May of 2021.

Together, the team at ArchitectureEL, Inc. strives to establish a presence and show support for the communities with which they work and live. Since expansion onto Cape Cod, the Cape is now a touchstone that’ll drive many of AEL’s initiatives. Brendan looks forward to continuing to dedicate himself to his craft, with the goal of creating spaces individuals and companies need to succeed.
