Preserving the City of Holyoke One Project at a Time

AEL is thrilled to be awarded the contract for On-Call Architect, “House Dr.,” for the Holyoke Housing Authority for a two-year period. We are pleased to receive this honor and look forward to continuing to fulfill our obligations as the current On-Call Architect for the City of Holyoke and Holyoke Public Schools. 

As public agencies often have ongoing needs for architectural and engineering services, some agencies will rely on their On-Call Architects to make the adjustments and upgrades they need – that is where AEL comes in! We’ve completed completed a roof and skylight replacement for the DPW, a roof and skylight replacement for the Annex of City Hall, a roof replacement for the Holyoke Children’s Museum and Volleyball Hall of Fame, heating upgrades for the McMahon VRF, historical renovations on the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, and we’ve replaced the HVAC systems in Holyoke Elementary Schools.
