Celebrating 10 Years of Dedication: Allison Lapierre-Houle Marks a Decade with ArchitectureEL
At ArchitectureEL, we believe that great companies are built by great people. This year, we are proud to celebrate a significant milestone as Allison Lapierre-Houle marks her 10th anniversary with our firm.
Since joining ArchitectureEL on May 31, 2016, Allison has become an indispensable part of our organization. What began as a part-time position of 15 to 20 hours per week quickly evolved into a much larger role as her talent, commitment, and leadership became impossible to overlook. Today, Allison serves as a cornerstone of our operations, helping to ensure that both our projects and our people have the support they need to succeed.
Over the past decade, Allison’s responsibilities have expanded far beyond bookkeeping. In addition to overseeing the firm’s financial management, cash flow, and accounts payable, she works closely with our project management team to align financial and operational processes that keep projects running efficiently. Her expertise now touches nearly every aspect of the business, including human resources, employee benefits, retirement planning, office insurance administration, and day-to-day office management.
“Allison has always looked out for AEL,” says Kevin Rothschild-Shea, Principal Architect and Owner of ArchitectureEL. “Her commitment to our firm, our clients, and our employees has been unwavering. She consistently supports our mission to provide the highest level of service while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.”
Her contributions have played a critical role in strengthening the foundation of ArchitectureEL and supporting the firm’s continued growth. Through her attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and dedication to excellence, Allison has helped create the stable and supportive environment that allows our team to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
While Allison’s professional accomplishments are impressive, her dedication extends well beyond the office. A proud mother, she spends much of her free time supporting her children and cheering them on in the activities they love. By her own admission, she is a “hockey mom and dance mom through and through,” always showing up with enthusiasm and encouragement.
That same energy carries into her personal interests. Allison is a devoted Boston Bruins fan and brings a spirit of enthusiasm and action to everything she does. As many of her colleagues will tell you, she is not someone who simply watches from the sidelines. She is the first one to jump into the pool.
As we celebrate this milestone, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for Allison’s loyalty, hard work, and countless contributions over the past 10 years. Her dedication has helped shape ArchitectureEL into the company it is today, and we are excited to continue building the future together.
Congratulations, Allison, on 10 incredible years. Thank you for everything you do for ArchitectureEL, our clients, and our team.
